WHY BUSINESS CONSTELLATIONS
Business Constellations offer a systemic way of exploring complex or recurring business questions when analysis alone is not giving the full picture.
By representing people, roles, functions, products or strategic options in space, relationships and dynamics that are difficult to see through conventional analysis can become visible.

LEVEL 1 & 2 · FOUR DAYS · SMALL GROUP
You will not just learn about constellations. You will practise facilitating them.
Day 1
Foundations of Business Constellations and systemic principles.
Day 2
Reading systems, exploring organizational dynamics and practising constellation formats.
Day 3
Facilitating constellations, working with real cases and receiving feedback.
Day 4
Integration, facilitator development and applying the work in professional practice.
LEVEL 1 & 2 TRAINING
No prior Business Constellations education is necessary. This Level 1 & 2 training gives you the foundations for facilitating Business Constellations in groups and one to one settings, with continued practice recommended afterward.
BEYOND THE FOUR DAYS
The in person training is the heart of the experience. Afterward, you will have resources and continued support to help you integrate the work, revisit what you learned and keep developing your practice.
A live online session with Martijn and the group to reflect on your experience, bring questions from your first applications of the work and deepen your learning.
Access to Martijn Meima’s extensive learning library, with constellation formats, practical facilitation tools, systemic theory, guided practices and resources for working with individuals, teams and organizations.
Access to Martijn’s three part workshop series, Discover the Power of Business Constellations, giving you another way to revisit the foundations, systemic principles and practical application of the method.

HOST & PARTICIPANT
During my own training in family constellations, I experienced the depth of systemic work firsthand and became curious about who was working specifically with Business Constellations.
That search led me to Martijn. I am bringing this training to Costa Rica because I see a powerful meeting point between systemic work, organizations and the human dynamics beneath them.
I will host the Costa Rica experience and participate in the training alongside the group, while Martijn leads the methodology and facilitation.
If you have questions about the training, accommodation, or whether it is a good fit for your work, you’re welcome to write to Petra directly.
